We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and supportive, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had to drop off our luggage in advance and the staff were more than happy to store it for us, which saved us a lot of hassle during our travels. The receptionist, Francis, even made us a personalized coffee upon our late arrival. The hotel provided additional facilities such as microwave heating, and they even booked a trustworthy taxi service for us when we needed to go to the airport. We were well taken care of during our stay, with attentive staff like Llenia ensuring a smooth check-out process. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and attractions.

The location is excellent, with the bus and tram station only a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get to Venice in just 10 minutes. The hotel offers free parking, which was a big plus for us as we were on a road trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, accommodating our request to drop off our luggage in advance. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a great variety of food at breakfast.
